1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

---

Instructions:

1. Prepare the coating:

In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

2. Coat the chicken:

Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the egg, then back into the flour again.

Make sure each piece is well coated.

3. Fry the chicken:

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken strips for 4–6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

4. Make the buffalo sauce:

In a small saucepan, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using).

Heat gently and stir until combined.

5. Coat the chicken in sauce:

Place the fried chicken strips in a large bowl.

Pour the buffalo sauce over them and toss until evenly coated.

6. Serve:

Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dip and celery sticks on the side.
