Ingredients:
For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 eggs, beaten
Oil for frying
For the buffalo sauce:
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp honey (optional for sweetness)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the coating:
In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
2. Coat the chicken:
Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the egg, then back into the flour again.
Make sure each piece is well coated.
3. Fry the chicken:
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken strips for 4–6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
4. Make the buffalo sauce:
In a small saucepan, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using).
Heat gently and stir until combined.
5. Coat the chicken in sauce:
Place the fried chicken strips in a large bowl.
Pour the buffalo sauce over them and toss until evenly coated.
6. Serve:
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dip and celery sticks on the side.
