Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and grated parmesan.
Set aside.
2. Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives, and croutons.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
3. Dress and Serve:
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
