1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

8 taco shells or small tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Sour cream, salsa, or guacamole (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the beef:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
2. Season the beef:
Drain excess fat if needed.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully mixed and flavorful.
3. Warm the taco shells:
Heat taco shells or tortillas in the oven or on a skillet for a few minutes until warm.
4. Assemble the tacos:
Spoon the beef mixture into each shell.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and any optional toppings like sour cream or salsa.
5. Serve and enjoy:
Serve immediately while hot and crispy!
