Breakfast Burrito 🌯✨
Sometimes, all we need in the morning is a hearty and quick breakfast to kickstart the day ☀️ — and that’s where the Breakfast Burrito comes in! Personally, I love this dish because it’s tasty, easy to make, and perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients (Serves 2): 🛒
2 large flour tortillas 🌯
4 eggs 🥚
1/4 cup milk 🥛
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup breakfast sausage or bacon (optional) 🥓
1/2 cup diced bell peppers 🫑
1/4 cup chopped onions 🧅
1/2 avocado, sliced 🥑
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Hot sauce or salsa (optional) 🌶️
A bit of butter or oil for cooking 🧈

How to Make It: 👩🍳
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. I like to whisk them well so they come out creamy.
2. Cook the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring gently until set. 🍳
3. In the same pan (saves dishes!), sauté the onions and bell peppers for a few minutes until soft.
4. Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re flexible and easy to roll.
5. Now the fun part: fill each tortilla with eggs, veggies, meat (if using), cheese, and avocado. I sometimes add hot sauce for an extra kick. 🌯
6. Roll the tortilla tightly — and if you want a crispy finish, grill it on the skillet for a couple of minutes on each side.
