 Pancakes with Maple Syrup ✨

There's nothing better than a warm stack of fluffy pancakes drizzled with rich maple syrup! This classic breakfast is easy to make and absolutely delicious.


Ingredients:


✅ 1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾

✅ 1 tbsp sugar 🍚

✅ 1 tsp baking powder 🥄

✅ ½ tsp baking soda 🥄

✅ ¼ tsp salt 🧂

✅ ¾ cup milk 🥛

✅ 1 egg 🥚

✅ 1 tbsp melted butter 🧈

✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 🌿

✅ Maple syrup for serving 🍁


Instructions:


1️⃣ Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2️⃣ Prepare the wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

3️⃣ Combine: Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (don’t overmix – lumps are okay!).

4️⃣ Cook the pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

5️⃣ Serve & enjoy: Stack the pancakes, drizzle with maple syrup, and enjoy your delicious breakfast! 😋


Tips:


🔥 Don’t press down on the pancakes while cooking – this keeps them fluffy.

🥞 You can add blueberries, chocolate chips, or nuts for extra flavor.

🍁 Use pure maple syrup for the best taste!
