Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box of chocolate wafers or graham crackers
Optional toppings: chocolate shavings, berries, crushed cookies
---
Instructions:
1. Make the whipped cream:
In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
2. Layer the cake:
In a loaf pan or baking dish, spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom.
Add a layer of cookies or crackers on top.
Spread another layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ending with a whipped cream layer on top.
3. Chill:
Cover the cake and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
The cookies will soften and become cake-like.
4. Serve:
Slice and serve cold. Add toppings if desired.
