Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
15–20 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
---
Instructions:
1. Whip the cream:
In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
2. Add condensed milk and vanilla:
In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract.
Gently fold this mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula.
3. Add the cookies:
Crush the cookies (leave some chunky for texture) and fold them into the mixture.
4. Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
5. Serve:
Scoop and enjoy just like regular ice cream!
