Atlantic Salmon – A Flavorful and Nutritious Seafood Dish

 Atlantic Salmon is a rich, flavorful, and nutritious seafood, known for its tender, flaky texture. Whether baked, grilled, or pan-seared, this delicious fish pairs perfectly with fresh herbs and lemon for a simple yet elegant meal.



Ingredients:


2 Atlantic salmon fillets


2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter


1 teaspoon garlic powder


1 teaspoon lemon zest


1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


1 teaspoon dried or fresh dill


Salt and black pepper to taste



Instructions:


1. Preheat the Oven or Pan: If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). If pan-searing, heat a skillet over medium-high heat.



2. Season the Salmon: Brush the fillets with olive oil or butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.



3. Cook the Salmon:


Baking: Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.


Pan-searing: Cook skin-side down for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.




4. Serve: Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
