Provolone Salad Recipe

 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed


2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, or spinach)


1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1/2 cup cucumber, sliced


1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced


1/4 cup black olives, sliced


2 tbsp olive oil


1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


1 tsp dried oregano


Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:


1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and provolone cheese.



2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.



3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.



4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
