Prosciutto with Melon Recipe

 Ingredients:


1 ripe melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)


8–10 slices of prosciutto


Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)



Instructions:


1. Prepare the melon:


Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.


Slice the melon into wedges or cubes, removing the rind.




2. Wrap with prosciutto:


Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap it around each piece of melon.




3. Garnish and serve:


Arrange the wrapped melon slices on a plate.


Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.


Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing appetizer!
