Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Prepare the meatballs:
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, paprika, cumin, parsley, and parmesan cheese (if using).
Combine well until the mixture is uniform, then shape it into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
2. Cook the meatballs:
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the meatballs and sear them on all sides for about 6-8 minutes until they are partially cooked.
3. Prepare the sauce:
Add the tomato sauce to the pan and let it simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until it thickens, stirring the meatballs occasionally.
4. Serve:
Serve the spicy meatballs with rice, pasta, or bread, and garnish with extra parsley.
