Ingredients:
3 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
For the Ketchup Seasoning:
2 tablespoons tomato powder (or ketchup powder)
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:
