1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned, if available)

---
Instructions:
1. Mix the ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Shape the balls:
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (about the size of a walnut).
3. Chill (optional):
Place the balls in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
4. Fry the cheese balls:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown and crispy on all sides. This usually takes about 3–4 minutes per side.
5. Drain:
Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
6. Serve:
Serve warm with marinara sauce or over pasta.
