4 pita breads or flatbreads


1 cup chopped tomatoes


1/2 cup diced onions

Instructions:


1. Prepare the Meat: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the ground meat with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, black pepper, cayenne (if using), and flour. Knead well for a dense texture.



2. Shape & Cook: Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through for even cooking. Let it rest before slicing thinly.



3. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix condensed milk, vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir until thickened.



4. Assemble the Donair: Warm the pita bread, then fill with sliced donair meat, chopped tomatoes, onions, and lettuce. Drizzle with sweet donair sauce.
