Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh clams (scrubbed clean)
1 lb lobster tails (optional)
1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb mussels (scrubbed and debearded)
4 ears of corn, cut into halves
1 lb baby potatoes
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white wine (or water)
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pot:
In a large stockpot, add potatoes, onions, and garlic.
Pour in white wine (or water) and bring to a boil.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes until the potatoes start to soften.
2. Add Corn & Seafood:
Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes.
Add clams, mussels, shrimp, and lobster tails.
Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until the clams and mussels open.
3. Finish & Serve:
Remove from heat and drizzle with melted butter.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Note: Discard any clams or mussels that do not open after cooking.
