Ingredients:
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
2 tbsp tomato paste (optional for thickness)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Burger buns (for serving)

Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.
3. Stir in tomato sauce (or ketchup), tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 10–15 minutes until the mixture thickens.
5. Spoon the mixture onto toasted burger buns.
6. Serve hot—optional with pickles or cheese!
